Chuck and I send condolences to members of Pat's family. My friendship with Pat was when she was an active member of the Colonel Timothy Bigelow Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution, Worcester, MA. We were raising funds to restore the Bigelow Monument on Worcester Common in the early to mid 2000s and Pat coordinated with me for the Girl Scouts to be in the St. Patrick's day parade.. A replica of the Bigelow monument was made and put on a float with Girl Scouts, DAR and C.A.R. Members marching on a cold winter's day in the parade. This was to promote our fundraising to refurbish the monument which was rededicated in 2008. Pat was a true friend and shared her patriotism and love of country. My husband Jim and I are so sorry for your loss. We truly loved Patsy! She was my dearest friend for over 70 years and has always been "Patsy" to me. I will miss our many talks...often a mixture of happy, sad, content, and worried. We have laughed and cried together over the years. And Jim and I will miss Patsy's really funny emails of late and her sweet smile. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this very sad and difficult time.
