She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Worcester and participated as a teacher in their Sunday School Program. Donna was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and also a past Mother Advisor for the Rainbow where she provided guidance and support to many girls throughout the years. She enjoyed traveling and making friends everywhere she went with her husband David. She was an avid crafter and enjoyed sewing and crocheting even making quilts until her last days.

She leaves behind her beloved husband of 53 years, David T. Roy, Sr; her children, David T. Roy, Jr., and his wife, Joan of Colorado, Virginia Roy Gervais and her husband, Jonathan of Sutton; a brother, Norman Selby of Canada; and her two treasured grandchildren, Ethan and Morgan Gervais, both of Sutton. I worked with Donna for many years at Genzyme. Donna was a wonderful woman! She was always helpful and had a ready smile, and was very compassionate. My heart goes out to her family. May God bless you all.
